As an entry-level Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in assisting all parts of the HBS Sales Team, with a focus on winning orders. You will work across a variety of opportunities, assisting in the development of our design, pricing, and formal proposal responses to submit to our customers. This is an entry-level development role to gain first-hand experience with the skills required to become a successful Sales Professional at Honeywell, ultimately transitioning into a role carrying a sales quota. You will work closely with all parts of the business including:
Sales team; Solution Architects; Project Operations; Service teams.
Win new work: Work with the sales team on new business opportunities, and significant opportunities within existing accounts. Help coordinate and/or lead bid estimates, take-offs, quotations, and scopes or working ? turning these into high quality proposals and presentations. Work with the sales lead to ensure these submissions are competitive and that the strategy is clearly conveyed to the customer.
Sales Process: Serve as the customer's ambassador and advocate. Keep SFDC (CRM Tool) and other Sales tools are up-to-date; Analyze contracts for assigned customers, in order to provide metrics necessary for customer retention; Promote the use of additional HBS services and offerings.
Customers: Assist sales lead by attending customer meetings and customer presentations. Development in role to work towards leading the interaction in the customer, presenting to customer, thinking strategically, and developing negotiating techniques.

4-year degree in Business / Engineering
Time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Engineering and Business Double Degree or Engineering and Science Double Degree - Programming Skills
Solid academic results

Ability to question, listen and interpret customer needs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
