Building Components Designer

Toll Brothers, our nation's luxury home builder, seeks a Building Components Designer for the Toll Integrated Systems facility in Morrisville, PA.
Responsibilities include roof truss design, wall panel design, and drafting of all other house kit parts (trim, loose lumber, etc) which are shipped from our manufacturing facilities. All design and drafting are currently completed in a custom CAD system based on Autodesk technology.

Four years of experience designing wood-framed houses (single-family, multi-family, and multi-story)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Competency in reading and interpreting plans and blueprints
Ability to quickly learn in-house databases and processes
Ability to work overtime
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong math skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Team-player attitude
Knowledge of general construction, experience with Mitek software, and experience in a high-production lean manufacturing environment are pluses!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
