We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team within a fast-paced environment. This person will be the trusted advisor to the StayWell commercial team, collaborating on pricing, product, and commercial terms for non-standard transactions, they will:
Actively participate in deal reviews with prospects, sales teams, and management
Serve as an escalation point when needed to help move deals forward
Cultivate internal relationships with all levels of the sales organization
Work as the primary liaison between multiple groups, such as revenue, sales ops, legal, pricing, to help facilitate the deal process
Identify and make recommendations for process improvements; assist or drive implementation
Collaborate and share best practices across regions
Ad hoc responsibilities as needed to support the sales team
Responsibilities include:
A thorough understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate and progress long, complex sales cycles
Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; dependable with deliverables and deadlines, able to multi-task
Flexible to work extended hours during peak periods
Conducts and coordinates financial, market, operational and related research to support strategic pricing, discounting and overall guidance for the large account sales team.
Research, interpret and evaluate data in order to determine how to incorporate this within a customer pricing model.
Prepares analytical models to evaluate strategic pricing decisions.
Provide direct analytical support to the commercial team to help identify areas for optimization and enhancements within a customer program.
Works with management to incorporate trends, best practices and successes as it relates to customer pricing models and optimum customer gross margin programs.
Assist in the development and implementation of pricing standards for large customers.
Recommends strategies to management and develops business plans using the understanding of operational structure and functions.
Qualifications include 5 or more years' experience in deal desk, sales operations, contracts and /or revenue role. College degree is required. Excellent phone and computer skills, including intermediate level in Word and Excel, are essential. Experience with Oracle and SalesForce is preferred. Occasional travel may be required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
