Customer Service Representative - Yardley, PA

The Customer Service Support Specialist (CSSS) is responsible for providing the highest level of customer support to the Client's Customer Service department and Client's Customer Service Supervisors.?


Education and Experience

High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.?

1+ years of experience in a customer service and/or sales required.?

Technology experience required to include use of a computer and phone system simultaneously to provide customer with information.?

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
