Description
The Senior Director/Director, Client Services maximizes client satisfaction through strategic partnership, exquisite execution, and is accountable for the success of all sales operations, project management, and program management activity for assigned programs and those of direct reports\.
Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:
+ Serves as primary contact to all major functions supporting the execution of a SOW \(sales leadership, client, recruiting, training, operations, compliance, HR, and finance\)
+ Owns the management of Statement of Work, program budgets, and all financial aspects necessary to manage assigned programs according to Publicis policy
+ Creates and executes communications strategy with client
+ Manages ongoing weekly, monthly, and quarterly internal and client meetings, business reviews, and other key meetings required to ensure alignment and success across assigned programs
+ Ensures timely and efficient dissemination of key client, brand, operational, and Publicis Health information\.
+ Plans, organizes and monitors contract deliverables to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual contract requirements\.
+ Partners with Sales Operations team to ensure that all functions: IT, analytics, incentive compensation, fleet, SFA, reporting, sampling, targeting and alignments, data, and equipment are meeting clients? needs and contract specifications
+ Manages logistics and ensures seamless execution for recruiting, Initial Product Training, backfill training, all sales meetings, and additional client projects including new product additions
+ Assists in the pull\-through of all Compliance SOPs, policies, training, and reporting
+ Works closely with Publicis Finance, Contracting, and Pricing departments to ensure SOWs, budgets, and reconciliation processes are appropriately managed
+ Works with business development to identify potential opportunities for expanded business and contribute to the business development effort\.
+ Maintains the required information technology expertise, competitive product knowledge, and product management skills in accordance with Publicis Health/client standards\.
Departmental Responsibilities:
Additionally, the Senior Director will have the following departmental responsibilities:
+ Manages and develops staff\. Provides counseling and career development planning\.
+ Participates in department budgeting, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding as needed
+ Represents Client Services for internal projects as needed
+ Ensures current departmental SOPs, processes, and technology are up to industry standards
+ Ensures operational success of programs/contracts managed by staff
Non\-Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:
+ Other duties as requested
Education/Experience:
+ BA/BS required
+ 8 years? experience in sales or sales support with a pharmaceutical manufacturer or vendor\.
+ Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry including sales, sales support, sample accountability, PDMA regulations and sales force automation tools\.
+ 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
+ 2 years pharmaceutical district manager or general management experience preferred
+ 5 years working with diverse groups in a matrixed environment
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
+ Excellent planning and organizing skills
+ Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
+ Demonstrated project management skills\.
+ Formal training regarding analytical tools, techniques and methods\.
+ Overnight travel as required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
