ChemCare Sales Support Specialist

Primary Purpose:


Provide sales support for a specified area in support of ChemCare sales activities.  Responsible to the ChemCare Regional Manager, and in coordination with the ChemCare CSR, Sales Managers, and Outside Sales Representatives for developing, implementing and monitoring sales strategies, goals and performance.  Responsible for understanding the regulatory complexities and process technologies that enable ChemCare services to add value to our customers and partner TSDF's.


 


Specific Duties and Responsibilities:


         Supports the development and generation of sales and ChemCare activities within the specified area by serving as a resource for in completing profiles and other necessary documents in support of the ChemCare sales goals.


          Provides support to the branches with respect to the hazardous waste industry, competition, partner capabilities, marketing strategies, cost, pricing, and profiling.


         Work with and provide support to our sales representatives through lead generation, joint calls and in the development of their individual territory sales strategy.  


         Review account rosters for target waste streams/niche markets.


         Research appropriate information to assist ChemCare Account Managers, Regional Manager, and Sales Managers in establishing goals and forecasts. 


         Assist in research to help determine ChemCare marketing strategies and pricing policies. 


        Develop and maintain TSDS partner relationships and serve as a liaison to involve TSDS partners with branches.


        Assist in customer seminars. Work with ChemCare Account Manager to coordinate trade show participation to include preparation of materials. 


 


 


Problem Solving


Routine:    Support the execution of ChemCare sales/marketing strategy through the specified area.


 


Difficult:   Gain support of all ChemCare stakeholders (i.e., customers, field sales, Regional Manager,  Sales Managers, and partners) to assist in the achievement of Sales, GM and AOP goals for ChemCare as set by regional budgets. 


 


Decision-Making Authority:


         Identify and support the sales representatives on opportunities that exist within the specified area's waste management industry.


 


Specialized Knowledge/Skills:


         Experience and success developing and executing a sales plan or strategy.  This can be at the individual territory level.


         Experience dealing with customers, both internal and external, and partners at various levels of the organization.


         Oral and written communication skills necessary to effectively communicate throughout the organization.


         Knowledge of partner capabilities


         Understanding of regulations (i.e., RCRA, DOT, EPA, HM-181, State and Local).


         Knowledge of waste disposal industry (TSDF network and disposal technologies) with an understanding of the EPA codes, RCRA regulations, and related DOT shipping requirements. 


         Success in managing a sales/telesales territory within our industry.


 


Education/Training:


         4 year college degree or equivilant work experience


         Knowledge of waste desposal regulation and processes

         Office environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
