Provide focus on clients for all company technology, data and reporting.
Serve as a lead client intermediary for technology, working with business operations, client management and implementation staff to ensure clients' technical needs are fully understood and met by company.
Explain existing technology capabilities, products, and possibilities for custom solutions to current and implementing clients and ensure their understanding of such; ensure expectations can be met and the most efficient delivery channel for the client's needs is used.
Serve as an in-house subject matter expert (SME) for IT client-facing products; communicate solutions to business peers, Business Development and other internal departments.
Manage others with similar job skills and perform as a lead for any client-driven deliverable, including implementations, new systems rolled out to clients and day-to-day issues affecting clients.
Monitor day-to-day events through existing support tools and liaison role, to review efficiency of existing technology; provide feedback to MIS/IT department on client needs and the efficiency of existing solutions.
Assist in the alignment of technology and business plans with a focus on client needs; communicate the changing of plans based on the feedback of all constituents.
Lead implementation planning within department and serve as the primary liaison to the Implementations team.
Serve as a lead for MIS and managerial peers in department to ensure implementation deadlines and requirements are met with high quality and high client satisfaction.
Work directly with Implementations/Client Relations departments and clients to ensure responsiveness to client requests and viability of proposed solutions, including managing work queues and follow-up on overdue items.
Assist in the preparation and completion of statements of work (SOWs).
Prepare documentation around client systems, including but not limited to product overviews and specs, marketing materials, procedures and data documentation.
Assist in or directly manage relevant technology projects to implementation.
Assist in the decision whether to buy and/or build technology solutions; help identify and vet third party solutions.
Work directly with client areas to provide solutions to immediate issues, using tools in the technology portfolio.
Provide higher level support for issues not resolved through support escalation process.
Provide continuous improvement feedback to department management on existing or newly implemented client technology.
Perform as a Senior Analyst and lead the defined job functions.
Other duties and functions as assigned/required.
5-10 years of experience in senior technical analysis and technical project leadership roles
5 years of technical managerial experience
Deep and demonstrated understanding of the project and system development lifecycle
Strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft technology

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
