Ideal applicants have a background in sales, marketing and/or customer service.
The position is full-time and is located in Morrisville, PA.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the leasing/management office when dealing with current residents and prospects Demonstrate solid leasing skills, maintain high closing ratio Understand and follow company guidelines when obtaining, processing, and qualifying applications Inspect models and market ready apartments on a regular basis Market the community to the surrounding area, maintain awareness of the local market and trends, contribute ideas for marketing the property Manage online advertising and social media Assist with resident retention through managing resident requests and work orders, renewals, and assisting with resident events
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills; leasing and/or sales experience preferred Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work well in a team setting Previous knowledge of Entrata and Microsoft office are preferred Must be able to work some weekend hours Must follow State and Federal Fair Housing laws Benefits Competitive salary with monthly bonus plan Paid time off 401 (k) retirement plan Medical and Dental insurance We are willing to train the right candidate!
