Must be licensed to provide services in Pennsylvania, prior to your first day of work.

30pm) Addiction Counselor, in person in our Yardley, P A location:
Provides case management services which support a positive treatment outcome.
Serves as therapist in I O P and continued care groups, as well as provide individual therapy as needed for S U D and/or mental health disorders.
Organizes and makes educational presentations related to behavioral health and recovery.
Develop patient-centered treatment plans based on results from the screening tools and bio psychosocial assessment.
Collaborates with medical staff and treatment team as a whole.
Consults with family members and referral sources in order to coordinate patient care.
Ensures adequate case management services are identified and addressed.
Responsible for maintaining electronic health records which include documentation of treatment activity and progress.
Ensures that patient records are accurate, comprehensive and meets regulatory standards.

Therapist I ( Outpatient treatment) Must hold one of the following types of licenses in the state in which services will be provided:

Licensed Graduate Alcohol and Drug Counselor L M S W:
Licensed Master Social Worker L G S W:
Licensed Graduate Social Worker L G P C:
Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor A minimum of three years supervised counseling experience.
Strong administrative, verbal and written communication skills R E Q U I R E M E N T S:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
