The position will provide support to conduct production capacity, capital, and resource planning and analysis.
The right person for this job must have previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Essential
Responsibilities:
Assist with master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
Analyze reports to ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs Communicates to business unit, peers, and internal customers.
Presents to senior leaders regarding strategy, delivery status, etc.
Works on cross-functional projects / teams to improve metrics, shop efficiency, and delivery for the overall business Work with Sales team to determine product quotations Assist on reporting and analysis functions to determine ROI for capital decisions Work with Technical & production teams to monitor & analyze quality standards Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED Prior experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Materials Planning, or Manufacturing Finance is preferred Desired Characteristics:
Understanding of financial and operational analysis and corresponding reporting Understanding of production metrics, financials, and operating rhythms Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously Effective problem identification and solution skills Strong MS excel skills, and familiarity with other software programs (Oracle etc.
