Description Position at The O'Connor Group Our client, Gentell is hiring for a Global Human Resources Generalist !SUMMARY DESCRIPTION The Global Human Resources Generalist supports the day-to-day operations of the HR Department domestically and internationally.
This position is fully on-site at our Bucks County, PA office 5 days a week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Managing employee full lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Maintain and manage drug test, medical files for US employees, I-9 verifications, COVID files.
Conduct employee orientations and oversee training & development initiatives.
Oversee benefits and 401K administration in USA.
Oversee benefits and RRSP administration in Canada.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Oversee global compliance and keep records of mandatory trainings.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Assist in development and maintenance of performance management system.
Analyze data and report on HR KPI/metrics.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic form and transition paper records to electronic version.
Engage in the planning and execution of special events and employee engagement activities.
Manage contractual arrangements with temporary agencies.
Other duties as assigned.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Degree in HR, Business Administration, Health Care or similar.
HR Certification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a global organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
